INITIAL MEETING
The initial meeting is a session for gathering as much information about your project as possible. This may well include the reason for building, site specifics, desired square footage, architectural style and materials, special layout requirements and inspirational images.
PRELIMINARY CONCEPT PLANS
The first draft of the project is a set of Preliminary Concept plans that may include but are not limited to, easy to ready floor plans of each developed level, elevations and 3D perspectives of the exterior. At this point we often meet again and fine tune these plans until you are satisfied with the design and ready to move forward.
FINAL ARCHITECTUAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Once the preliminary plans are approved the final construction documents also known as blueprints will be produced. These are the working drawings submitted for permits and used to build your home. They will include all elevations, foundation plan with basement development (if applicable) floor plan(s), sections, construction notes and details, site plan and electrical layout (upon request).
